Yoga is a practice that anyone can benefit from its not about bending your body into a pretzel, rather its about discovering your limitations and working within them, it doesn’t matter what age, size or physically ability you may have, its about the practice and the pose and working with the breathe.
There are always modifications available in the main postures and the breathe work and relaxation at the end of a class is a benefit to all in this fast paced, stressful world that we all live in.
My classes focus on breathe work, poses and relaxation techniques. I teach the main classic yoga poses and encourage students to feel the posture by working with the breathe. I also end my classes with various relaxation techniques which I hope will help my students leave class feeling energised but relaxed.
My main aim is to encourage as many people as possible to try yoga for themselves and see how it makes you feel.

Tuesdays at Keresley Community Library, Bennetts Road
6.30 to 7.30 – Yogaflow a more dynamic class
Fridays at Keresley Community Library, Bennetts Road
6.15pm to 7.30pm – Relax and rejuvenate a more posture/alignment based class with a 15 minute relaxation to close.
Both classes £6.00 per session or £30 block booking of six sessions
