Welcome to Tree Tribe Yoga, with Sharon me

Yoga for all ages and abilities to help you focus, relax and strengthen.
Align your mind, body and soul, helping you to improve your daily life.
Relax and rejuvenate your spirit.

Yoga is a practice that anyone can benefit from its not about bending your body into a pretzel, rather its about discovering your limitations and working within them, it doesn’t matter what age, size or physically ability you may have, its about the practice and the pose and working with the breathe.
There are always modifications available in the main postures and the breathe work and relaxation at the end of a class is a benefit to all in this fast paced, stressful world that we all live in.

My classes focus on breathe work, alignment in the yoga poses and relaxation techniques. I teach the main classic yoga poses and encourage students to feel the posture by working with the breathe. I  end my classes with various relaxation techniques which I hope will help my students leave class feeling energised but relaxed.
My main aim is to encourage as many people as possible to try yoga for themselves and see how it makes you feel.

But above all enjoy the practice and smile
As Buddha says “Smile and the world smiles with you”
